Effective September 14, 2026. The short version: this is a static informational website; we run no analytics or advertising trackers on it, we set no cookies, and the only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email.
This website is operated by Extranetic Inc., a Massachusetts corporation doing business as Enclave, Wayland, Massachusetts, USA. Contact: hello@enclaveplatform.com.
Email you send us. If you contact us, we receive your address and what you wrote, and we use it to respond and to conduct the business you asked about. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations, retained per the provider's policy. We run no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising technology on this site, and we set no cookies.
No sale of personal information. No third-party advertising. No cross-site tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request metadata involved in serving a file; no other third-party resources are embedded.
The Enclave product runs on customer infrastructure, and customer documents and conversations stay on that infrastructure — that is the product's purpose. Data handling for a platform deployment is governed by the agreement covering that deployment, not by this website policy.
Email us to ask what we hold about you (typically: your emails to us) or to have it deleted. Applicable law may give you additional rights; we honor them.
We may update this policy; the effective date above changes when we do.
